RIGHTFUL REJECTION OF GOODS BY BUYERNONMERCHANT WAIVER
The failure of nonmerchant buyer to seasonably notify seller of the reason for rejection of goods shall preclude buyer from relying on that defect to justify rejecting the goods if seller could have cured such defect on seasonable notice from buyer thereof.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
